This refurbishment project involved the reversion from 2 separate flats back to a single dwelling and restructuring of the rear outrigger and extension to create an open plan kitchen family room.

External re-modelling featured re-statement of the ground floor bay and a new vehicular access, with off road parking at the front of the property for 3 cars.
