The brief for this Arts & Crafts period restoration, included extensive internal re-modelling, full exterior refurbishment to brickwork, roof, chimneys, windows & doors, various extensions and an enlarged garage replacement.

A new 2 storey side extension provides separate ensuite facilities to 2 bedrooms at the 1st floor and a dedicated home office at ground floor. Part of this ground floor extension combines with a large single storey rear extension to create a vacuous openplan family room & kitchen, utility, bootroom & WC.

A further 1st floor side extension formed an enlargement to the box bedroom and the entire loft was developed as a master suite incorporating a feature filled bedroom with vaulted ceilings and access out onto a glazed balcony. A new walk in wardobe and ensuite also form part of the master suite.

The rebuilt garage is subdivided to retain a garage amenity plus a home gym and garden equipment store.

This attention to workmanship and finishes throughout this entire project has been meticulously considered by the client and the finished product which is nearing completion will be a real testament to the client’s determination to make this their long term luxury family home.
