The brief included the creation of a loft conversion for 2 additional bedrooms, a 2 storey rear extension to enlarge the master bedroom suite above the main reception, a single storey rear extension to enable the creation of an open plan family room including a kitchen , soft seat area, dining space, separate laundry/utility and cloakroom with wc.

Kerb appeal was introduced by the re-modelling of the central front elevation which included the formation of a gabled pediment to provide headroom on the new stairs serving the loft conversion and incorporated a full height feature window that floods the internal core area with natural light at each level.
